We have come a long way together. Now, after 24 years and 30 volumes, the publication
of regular issues of Neue Sirene will be discontinued. Time has come to focus on new
ideas and approaches in literary life. Despite discontinuing the publication, previously
published issues will still be available for purchase.

My deep gratitude goes to the readers, subscribers, advertisers and supporters, to the
members of the editorial board, the authors and translators, without whom this unique
literary publication would not have been able to successfully survive for more than two
decades in a very special segment of the market. Thanks to all of you for your patronage,
engagement, support, and wisdom.
